My activation code cannot work anymore + I can't update Xstore theme

I tried a lot to install and uninstall the theme so that i could update but in the end i get this message :
Please can you cancel this 12 times thing because i may activate and deactive my theme serval other times also i need to update it.
Message 1:
You have activated your purchase code more than 12 times.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here.
Message 2:
Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hello,

1) Fixed. Check now. Do you need any help with the theme installation?
2) Try to deactivate and activate theme using your purchase code and then IMPORTANT: go to Dashboard > Updates > click CHeck again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09
You may try to update theme after that and you should not face any issue.
