I’ve changed servers and every time I deactivate on the old and reactivate but it says I have reached activation limit; I haven’t found a server fast enough to support the plugin until I created my own from home. Please reset my activation limit
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme. Try to activate it now.
Regards
Okay it worked but I am new to apache and installing word press and working with PHPMyAdmin and I ended up installing WordPress to localhost/wordpress on the machine I’m hosting on and I needed it installed on local host. So I had to uninstall WordPress basically and it’s saying the activation limit is exceeded. Look, I’m completely new to all of this, I’m going to probably have many more **** ups before it’s said and done. Could you please remove the activation limit. I am and always will abide by the licensing terms I agreed to when I made the purchase. But I really feel it slows down my progress if I am going to continually have to ask you to reset my activation count. Because currently, the number of active servers currently using this license are 0. At any given time, there will only ever be one site that operates under this license. Please, I finally get time to work on it tonight and now I’m delayed again because I messed up and installed WordPress in the wrong directory and had to restart.
No, also you were just online, please get back online and fix it please!
Hello,
You can activate the theme now.
We can’t disable the limit. If you need to delete the current installation and start from scratch, just deactivate the theme – https://prnt.sc/uyzcst first, then you will be able to activate it.
Note that 1 license of the theme can be used on 1 staging site + 1 live/production site = 1 end project only – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Regards
