My all departments dropdown menu not showing all items

Hello Support, my all departments dropdown menu not showing all items on my website is not showing all items. It only shows 9 of the 12 Items in the dropdown and wont scroll to show the other 3, Only way all items show is to reduce the browser zoom to 75% (See screen recording ) for clarification.

The wp-admin access you previously provided is no longer valid, which prevents us from checking your website.

Regarding your inquiry about displaying all departments, we have noticed that it is not possible to view all items correctly on your website due to the fixed header, which restricts scrolling through the department items.

To resolve this issue, we suggest the following solutions:

1. “Limit the number of displayed items” – After the seventh item, you can add a “Show All Categories” link that redirects users to your shop page.
2. “Disable the fixed header” – This will allow users to scroll through all department items without restrictions.

If these solutions are not suitable for you, please provide us with the correct wp-admin credentials so we can explore a custom CSS solution. However, we cannot guarantee that this approach will be fully effective, so we kindly ask you to consider the suggested solutions first.
