My build in email builder is not sending mails

    I am not receiving links from the email builder even when i have switched it on. This is a huge problem. kindly fix it immediately. I am getting 0 emails . no password reset, no order related emails. please fix it at the earliest.

    Hello,

    1/ How does it work when our email builder is disabled?
    2/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    Let us know the results.

    no even after switching it off the mail isn’t coming.
    and i cannot keep switching off/on plugins because of theme issues on an everyday basis. it becomes very difficult to function like that. our website is live and i don’t expect such glitches and bugs on the theme.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
    It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else.
    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Then test and let us know the result.
    Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

    In this topic, we do not see wp-admin access from you. Previous access is incorrect now.
    In case the problem persists with Storefront, contact your hosting provider and WooCommerce support.

    Thanks, but we need answer from you, how emails works when not our theme is activated on your site? Please check how it works with the Storefront theme.
    If the situation is independent of the theme, you need to contact support WooCommerce and your hosting provider.

    Hello,

    We didn’t have any questions about such SMPT configuration with our builder but you should provide us information of how it is working without our email builder. Do you have some special templates on your server which are sending with some timeout ? You should know that we provide our email builder mostly for WooCommerce default templates which are created with some special structure with having specific actions & filters for which we apply own actions you build inside the builder. Please, provide us information where are those emails you want to send using SMPT and how did it work without builder ?
