    hey there three issues,

    1.my categories disappeared from the right sidebar and filters in the shops page. your file uploader wont let me upload an image.

    2. i also cannot click on half the options in the shop’s customization tab. they are all unclickable.

    3. my search function is not working! it takes forever and it’s just stuck on the spinning will! tried from multiple browsers too!

    my categories disappeared again. same issue. can you please tell me what is causing this? i am not touching any category settings!

    Thank you for your response.

    We cannot access your website backend because your previously provided wp-admin access are invalid.

    1/ Kindly ensure that your website is running the latest versions of the XStore theme (9.4.6) and the XStore Core plugin (5.4.6). You can refer to the following links for update history and detailed instructions on updating:

    Afterward, please clear all caches and check again.

    2/ Please try to apply the next solution: Woocommerce > Status > Tools > Brands transients > Clear, then Regenerate the product attributes lookup table and clear WooCommerce transients.

    Could you provide temporary wp-admin access? We will check what other can be done to help you.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    please look into the following.

    My “hot” ribbons/tags are not showing.
