Hi,
Unfortunately, I’m not sure why the pagination you mentioned isn’t displaying in my Chrome browser, even though it’s the updated version. I’ve just tried it on Microsoft Edge, and it’s showing up there.
Anyway, thanks for the update. I’ll view my topic on Edge to access previous messages.

Hi,
I’ve been waiting for an update from the Dynamic Discount plugin team, but haven’t received any. I’ve tried another plugin which is working fine, displaying the strike price on the main page, archive, or single product page with variable prices, and only showing the minimum price.
However, the problem is that the percentage discount is not showing even though it’s enabled. Only the SALE text is appearing everywhere.
The plugin discount rules I’m currently using have the option to override the SALE text and show the percentage option, which works fine. However, it overlaps with the NEW & other theme badges. So, I’ve disabled it and want the default theme to show the discount percentage on products.
Even when I try to manually change the SALE text to percentage like -10%, it only shows on the main page, and on the single product, it still shows the SALE text.
I’ve attached pictures for your reference. Let me know if you need any other information. The admin login access will be the same as before; please use that.
Dear @EB Collection,
I hope this message finds you well. As previously discussed, we acknowledge that ensuring full compatibility with all existing plugins can be challenging. However, we are committed to exploring potential solutions to enhance compatibility wherever possible.
Based on your last communication, it appears that the display is correct, but you are experiencing issues with overlapping badges. In response, we have modified the code for your plugin’s Sale badge content. You can view the updated badge arrangement here: https://prnt.sc/nsWCvliPA2Zs, where the product badges are now positioned one below the other: https://prnt.sc/7ifpRs2DvOkq.
Should you have any further issues or specific requests, please provide a detailed description along with screenshots. We are here to assist you in resolving these matters efficiently.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Thank you so much! Now it looks exactly the way I wanted, with the strike price in red and everything else in place. It’s true, we explored various solutions, and this plugin finally resolved the issue. Additionally, the overlap was expertly fixed by your team. Thanks again for your help!
Dear @EB Collection,

Hi,
When I click on the image on the single page, the result on the desktop is that the image is too large after clicking, making it unable to view the complete picture e.g https://ebcollection.online/product/deep-red-pakistani-wedding-lehenga-choli-maxi-frock-bridal-dress/ . The same issue occurs when clicking on the size chart; the image is too large to view in full.
However, when I try it on mobile, the image displays perfectly. Please share how I can fix this.
Thank you
Hello @EB Collection,
You can try adding next custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:
body .elementor-lightbox .elementor-lightbox-item {
height: 100vh;
}
The comparison is next:

Thank you so much! It’s fixed after adding the CSS code. 🙂
