Hello, when I change the design and modify the colors nothing officially changes on my site. In spite of the purge and the empty cache… what can I do?

The background of my menu remains black while I put in white in my modifications.

    Thank you.

Thank you cont using our theme and for contacting us.

We can’t see your screenshots, unfortunately. Please upload images on the filesharing service and provide us with URL – https://wetransfer.com/

We suggest that you go to the Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources and set them to Off.

    Hello, Oumayma,

    Thank you for the reply.

We have noticed that your site is currently in maintenance mode, so we are unable to check it. It appears that you need to make some changes to the colors in the Header Builder > Main header and in the settings of the Cart element. To allow us to assist you with this, please provide us with temporary access to the WordPress Dashboard by creating a new user account with administrator role and sharing the username and password with us via the Private Content area.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team
