I have a new problem. I uploaded my logo in the recommended size of 350*100, but it’s very small on both computer and mobile.
Dear @CAMALEAO,
We have resolved the logo issue for you.
However, could you kindly provide more details regarding the issue with your products? We would appreciate further clarification, as we are not entirely clear on the matter.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,

Hello. Like the screenshot inside my picture. The text style I set in the backend doesn’t show up in my phone
Dear @CAMALEAO,
We have adjusted the product title font size to 18px on desktop and 13px on mobile as requested.
Please find the updated previews below:

How are you?
I’m talking about the product page.
Dear @CAMALEAO,
We have implemented some custom CSS codes.
Could you kindly review them at your earliest convenience?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Where? I don’t see it.
Hi @CAMALEAO,
The custom CSS codes are under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS.

8Theme’s Team
I see the code you’re talking about. But it doesn’t work, you can see the product at this link. What I set up in the backend is nothing like what I actually see.
Dear @CAMALEAO,
We kindly request you to update your XStore theme and XStore Core plugin to the latest versions (9.4.8 and 5.4.8, respectively).
Please let us know if you encounter any issues or require further assistance.
Best regards,

Can I purchase a theme that can only be applied to one of my sites? If a second site wants to use the theme do I need to purchase it again to upgrade?
I repurchased the theme and upgraded it, I’ll check again to see if there are any issues. By the way, I’ll ask again. I see that the theme introduction screen says that you can translate the site into other languages, is that where to set it up or do you need to use it with other plugins?
I upgraded to the latest version. The problem is still not solved
Hi @CAMALEAO,
Can you please clear the caches and check again?
Thank you!
Okay. That’s a problem I solved. I appreciate it.
I have two more questions I’d like to ask.
The first one is how can the table I made with tablepress be displayed properly on mobile.
The second question is what plugins or features would be recommended to translate my website into other languages?
Hi @CAMALEAO,
1. Regarding your first question, to ensure that the table created with TablePress is displayed properly on mobile devices, you may need to enable the “Responsive Tables” feature. You can do this by installing the TablePress Extension: Responsive Tables or by using custom CSS to improve the table’s appearance on smaller screens. Additionally, adjusting the table layout and enabling horizontal scrolling can help enhance mobile responsiveness. Please note that the issues from 3rd party plugins must be directed to plugin’s author. They fall out of scope our support standard services we provide. https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/tablepress/
2. For your second question, to translate your website into other languages, we recommend using plugins such as WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin) or Polylang. These plugins allow you to create multilingual content efficiently. Another option is to use Weglot, which provides automatic translations with manual editing capabilities. The best choice depends on your specific needs and preferences.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to ask.

Regarding the first question, I would like to know if the theme or wordpress backend has a tool to do the form directly or do I have to use a third party software.
And then by the way. How can I optimize the speed of the whole site. It’s a bit slow now, is there a guide on how to do it
Hi @CAMALEAO,
1. You have to use the 3rd party plugins or custom CSS codes.
2. You can take a look at the following articles:

Hope it helps!
I have a new problem.
Dear @CAMALEAO,
We hope you are doing well.
Regarding the following product: (https://adheraglue.com/product/adhera-acrylic-ab-adhesive/), we noticed that you are editing it using the Elementor Editor. Please note that when Elementor is used, the content from the Elementor Editor will be displayed on the single product page.
If you would like to display only the product description, we kindly recommend switching back to the default WordPress editor.
For reference, please check the following link: (https://tinyurl.com/2y9p8u8b).
Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
