My emails to customers are sending with the same content

    I’m having difficulty to set the emails to customers. I just have noticed that the “Welcome to your new account” is being sent to customer with the “Thanks for your order” content!

    How can I check the emails one by one, once I have already designed all of them, using the XStore Email Builder?

    Obs: All the emails have been done from Email Builder and it is all being called from WooCommerce Email Settings.

    You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshot and share the link here.

    Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the email templates that you have.

    We never had that email. Our email is 8themes@gmail.com, not 8theme@gmail.com but we use email just for the presale and partnership conversations, not for the support. So, ask all the support questions here.

    Thanks, it’s solved with setting off the Email Building from XStore and changing to YAY.
