My favicon is not showing on the front-end, but on the back-end yes.
Hello, @Tincho,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
If your favicon is not showing on the front-end of your WordPress website, but it is visible on the back-end, here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:
First of all, please make sure that you have set the favicon on your site correctly, you can follow our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-add-custom-favicon/
Enable FontAwesome Support via Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
Clear your browser cache and try accessing your website again. Sometimes, a cached version of your website can cause issues with the display of your favicon.
I hope this helps you resolve the issue with your favicon not displaying on the front-end of your WordPress website.
If the issue persists afterward, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.
To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
It didn’t work. I created an user for you. Let me know
Hello, @Tincho,
Thank you for your response.
When you activate a default WordPress theme, not XStore, the problem persists?
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Yes, the problem persists
Hello @Tincho,
Thank you for informing us that the issue persists even when using the default WordPress Theme. This indicates that the issue is not related to our theme, but is independent of it.
We suggest that you reach out to WordPress support for assistance in resolving the issue. Once the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also work properly with our theme.
You can find WordPress support here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
