My footer gets stuck and customers cant see the whole webpage in mobile version

Hi, I had an issue before with my footer, this is the previous post: https://www.8theme.com/topic/footer-is-in-the-back-of-my-webpage-and-its-not-even-in-the-correct-order/#post-345219

But now I’m having issues with the mobil version of the webpage, when customers add products to the cart and visit the cart page or wanna go back to any other page they can only see the footer, the rest of the webpage does not load or apear. This happens mostly if you go back to the previous page or press a link to other page.

Footer always seems to be on the back and webpage is the thing that moves, can the footer remain in the bottom of the webpage?
