My new website is ruined after installing xstore theme. I want my money back !

    I purchased xstore theme and after buying i installed using proper method. But when i previewed it every thing was gone except for poor text that was written. Furthermore, it was giving error that woocommerce is not properly installed. This is really a bad experience as my website had no such issue with astra theme prevously working fine. Now i am stuck cannot make any changes and wasted my money ! Support as soon as possible or give my money back !
