After the last update, my pages just stopped loading and they are showing white. When I try to edit with the Visual Composer. I see the contents.
How do I fix this please?
Thanks
Hello,
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Hello Rose,
I have tried this method and gotten no way forward. When I activate the backend editor, I see the full design but on the front page it is still blank.
I have even updated the theme and same result
You will have to help me out on this please.
Hello,
Could you, please, provide us with FTP access and server error logs to check the issue in more detail?
Do you have any server cache?
Regards
See Attached
Hello,
Please check wp-admin access – https://gyazo.com/452ca9af837005220a9b7aefaff8a428
We don’t need cPanel. We need only FTP: FTP host, FTP username and FTP password with access to your WP installation files. Contact your hosting provider if you don’t know what FTP is. Server error logs and information about server cache you can get from the hosting provider also.

My bad. The correct details are provided again
Hello,
FTP is ok now. What about server error logs?
Regards
My log is in the cpanel:
home/numeriquelimited/logs
Hello,
I don’t see that path on your FTP. Please, upload error log file here https://dropmefiles.com/ and provide us with link.
Regards
Hello
Log is attached. So sorry for the delay
Hello,
It’s not the server error log. It looks like that a local log but we need a server error log.
And update PHP on your site, please, https://prnt.sc/1qbomta
Problem on your site looks like PHP memory or max length issue. Because once I remove the footer and half of the page content, save it then site displays. If I add any additional elements again (no matter what elements) then page is blank again. So, looks like some resources limit is reached. Server error logs will help to understand which one. So, contact your hosting provider to get that log file with the full list of the errors that happen on your site.
Regards
Does the attached solve anything?
