Hello, Mch,
Thank you for your response.
Please note that additional customization or content management is not included in our basic support scope. We are able only to guide you with theme options. If you need personal customization you need to hire a developer or content manager.
“Your Guidance was wrong.” – it was correct for adding product categories to the menu, if you want to add pages to menu, of course, you can do this. Menu creating is default functionality of WordPress, so you can find a lot of video tutorials online, or read our documentation.
“I want really good looking product gallery to be able to set the prices and product information and etc, the current one is not good enough. what else we have that I can use?” – please check our demos and provide URL of a page with the desired gallery, then we will be able to guide you.
Or provide any other example, for a better understanding of your request.
“I created the Pages and add them as main Menu, how I can connect Categories to the these menu/Page?” – edit the page and add Products element > select category in settings of that element, for example – https://prnt.sc/C2xQmpiDU1BT
“I want when I add Products under Category of Print it shows under Menu called Print. How can I do that?” – there are 2 ways: – add product category into the menu – https://prnt.sc/5HByCFlKDvWZ ; – https://prnt.sc/yf80Dm7NYPSk
“right now it shows the blog post.” – Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays > A static page (select below Home and Blog pages)
“Menu Contact is wrong also. This is not what I wanted.
I need Contact form within about page” – please describe your request in more detail. Do you want to add a contact form to the content of the About us page? If so, just edit the page and add the appropriate element – https://prnt.sc/qI5Sfn-clpB2

We apologize if our response was not clear. Could you please provide more information on what was not understood? Specifically, were you able to add the Products element of a page and add that page into the menu?
We asked you for examples, to be able to guide you better, please reply back with examples of the desired result.
We are waiting for your reply.
Kind Regards,
