My product thumbnails are not clickable on product pages

Hi , I can’t click on my product thumbnails in vertical view and they don’t appear in horizontal view. I followed a thread here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-scrolling-gallery-images-on-the-single-product-page/ as this is the same issue I have. If you enable Xstore main theme it works, so the same as Adriano, I deleted everything from child-theme and the issue still persists.

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

Also, provide FTP access via the private content area of this topic, we will check what can be done to help you.

Hi, I have already disabled all plugins before i contacted you and the problem was still persisting. I deleted everything in child theme folder and the issue still persisted. I have given you wordpress and FTP access in private content area. Thanks

Please clear cache and check now.
We’ve disabled “Disable Theme Swiper JS” in Theme Options > Speed optimization.
