i use Litespeed Cache and my server is litespeed too
No issues with other websites, but this x store is slow
Also i can see :
We are unable to connect to the XStore API with the XStore theme. Please check your SSL certificate or white lists.
or :
We are unable to connect to the 8Theme API to retrieve the list of plugins.
I believe nothing wrong with amazing Xstore and may there is some conflict in my settings
Would you please advise me how can i fix it?
Regards
Hello, @Ryan,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
My shop is very slow and products are loading slow too
1/ Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
2/ Please contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.54
Please try to increase your PHP version as 8.0
Another potential cause of errors may be the use of third-party plugins that are based on Kirki.
Do you have white/black list on your server or restriction by IP?
It can be an issue with server settings that are blocking something and causing notifications.
So we would recommend you contact your hosting provider to get assistance from their side first.
Kind Regards,
8theme team

Hello, Ryan,
We appreciate you reaching out to us.
Kindly provide us with FTP access credentials rather than CPanel access.
For instructions on how to create FTP access, we recommend that you consult with your hosting provider. They will be able to guide you through the necessary steps.
Furthermore, we suggest inquiring with your hosting provider about any server-side support that may be available to assist you with the speed problem.

Hello, Ryan,
We are writing to inform you of some primary issues we have identified within our system, specifically concerning both the administrative backend and the frontend interfaces.
1. Backend:
– We have detected that the server performance is currently suboptimal.
2. Frontend:
– The server performance for the frontend is also found to be lacking.
– We have encountered issues with image display. After switching themes, the situation seems to have improved. Previously, images were loading at a size of 300×300 pixels and were being stretched to 1700 pixels. The exact cause of this glitch is unclear.
For your reference, here are screenshots depicting the default theme and the current theme:
– Default theme: https://prnt.sc/f_ir2hYVYL72
– XStore theme: https://prnt.sc/4-q4E0ZCHeZz
– XStore previously: https://prnt.sc/4YP0pmqcKFqi
To address these issues and enhance the overall performance, we recommend the installation of a caching solution, such as WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.
