My site can’t be reached while it’s running in other devices and other networks

    while i working on the website and do a refresh the site couldn’t be reached I didn’t know why it happening it’s on my network only and when restarted the internet the site back to work

    i have checked my internet connection multiaple times and I when this happens I check all my other websites and its perfectly working , and some other admins happened with them in a different location with different devices and internet connection and we noticed this issue happened when we started working on the setting of speed optimization ,
