My site does not want to be translated into French

hello, I would like to translate my site, in particular the “proceed to payment” button in the basket. For this I followed the instructions, downloaded the .po files and put them with locotranslate.
First of all when I go to locotranslate in Theme there is a small error message “Error: Theme not found: xstore parent”, despite this I click on the Xstore theme and proceed to download the file I synchronize, I I saved then as indicated I put my site in French in the WordPress settings, and yet my site was not translated. Can you help me resolve this problem and translate my site into French? THANKS

Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hello, Aymane,

We’ve renamed translation files from xstore-fr.po to xstore-fr_FR.po and xstore-core-fr.po to xstore-core-fr_FR.po

But we can’t synchronize translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ because of this error https://prnt.sc/Tb3Uj7g9Pkji Please contact your hosting provider to solve it. Then click on the Sync button to synchronize translation for XStore, Woocommerce, and XStore Core plugins.
