    Hi There,
    When i type my url in the top bar nothing shows up, I have checked with GoDaddy they suggest that something is wrong with theme or some plugin has gone broken. Please help. I am using the latest version of woopress.
    Thanks

    Hello,

    As I see now there is Fatal error on your site regarding WordPress file.
    Have you made any changes?
    Please check it, also check your wp-config.php file if there is any odd code at the beginning.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,
    I dont made any changes because i can not simply i dont know the code. It happened when i was trying to set my footer via visual composer editing and so on (see my other ticket “Footer Configuration”).

    If its related to that I dont know but what i have figured out now when i activate woopress plugin the site again disappears and on deactivating it turns back but with fatal error on the bottom. So this is all.

    Hi,
    I restore it to the latest backup, it works but as soon as i start editing my footer menu via static block in visual composer again the site disappears, whats happening? Or you can do it for me. I want my pages put in the footer replacing information next to logo and address.
    Regards

    Hello,

    Please revert back your back up to make the site working again and show on a screenshot what you want to achieve as it’s hard to understand what you’re editing in static block.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    You can’t use Footer 1 and Footer 2 areas in Widgetised Sidebar element as they are used to display footer that you created in Static Block. You can only use custom sidebar areas that can be created in Appearance > Widgets, so I’ve created custom sidebar “Footer Menu” and added “Custom Menu” widget, then placed it in Widgetised Sidebar of your static block. Please check footer now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,
    I got it. How I can do the following:

    1- Want to remove lines between each of the page items in the footer.
    2- How to remove these same pages from the top under the logo. I want to keep them only in footer.
    3- I want to put my 6 product categories on the top under the logo horizontally shown on the home page. (I have already set home page as front page)
    Thanks and Regards

    Hello,

    1. Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .main-footer .widget_nav_menu li {
        border-bottom: none;
    }

    2. If you want to remove menu in the header you can add this code in Global Custom CSS:

    header.header .menu-wrapper {
        display: none;
    }

    3. Do you mean you want to add product categories as menu http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0210/h_1455122049_3560364_d44f636b03.png ?

    Hi Eva,
    As of point 3 above I want to add 5 of my product categories on the top below the logo that i have already created by going to Product>Categories. When user will click any of these categorizes will see all the models available under respective categories.
    Like this for Example:
    Samsung Nokia iPhone Sony Huwaie
    Galaxy jI Mini 222 Dual SIM 6s Z4 Honour A4
    Galaxy A9 215 5c C4Ultra Enjpy5s
    Galaxy j3 Lumia 6 plus P9

    Hello,

    You can create another menu in Appearance > Menus and add product categories to it: http://prntscr.com/a1rgcz
    Then mark this menu as main menu.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
