Hi
Private Content
Thanks
Hello, @mch,
1. Let me explain to you, The slider’s first loading time is high on your site because of your site’s low speed, We understand that your site’s performance is currently not optimal, resulting in a longer load time for your site content.
To address this concern, we recommend following the suggestions provided in the GTmetrix report to improve your site speed. These recommendations are based on the analysis conducted by GTmetrix, which can be found at this link: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/mahsa-watercolor.com/WD9K3OVg/
Additionally, we suggest referring to our theme documentation for further guidance on how to speed up your website. You can find valuable information in the following articles: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ and https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/
One effective approach to enhance site speed is by utilizing a Content Delivery Network (CDN) such as Cloudflare, in conjunction with WordPress. A CDN helps distribute your website content across multiple servers worldwide, reducing the load on your server and ultimately improving load times. Implementing a CDN can significantly enhance the speed at which both your site and its content are loaded and displayed.
By implementing the necessary optimizations and utilizing a CDN, you should observe improvements in your site’s load time, resulting in faster content loading as well.

I will have lots of large size files, maybe that’s why it is slow?
Hello, @mch,
I understand your concern about the slow speed of your WordPress website. While large file sizes can contribute to slower loading times, they are not the only factor that affects website performance. There are several other aspects to consider when diagnosing and improving the speed of your WordPress site. Here are a few suggestions:
1. Optimize your images: Large image files can significantly slow down your website. Make sure to optimize your images by compressing them without sacrificing too much quality. You can use various image optimization plugins or online tools to achieve this.
2. Cache your website: Caching helps reduce the server load and improves page load times by storing a static version of your web pages. Consider using a caching plugin, such as WP Rocket, to improve the performance of your site.
3. Minify and combine files: Minifying your CSS and JavaScript files can reduce their size by removing unnecessary whitespace and comments. Additionally, combining multiple files into one can reduce the number of server requests and speed up your website.
4. Evaluate your hosting provider: The hosting provider plays a crucial role in website performance. Ensure you are using a reliable hosting service optimized for WordPress. Consider upgrading to a better hosting plan or switching to a hosting provider that specializes in WordPress hosting.
5. Limit the use of plugins: Excessive use of plugins can slow down your website. Evaluate your plugin usage and deactivate or remove any unnecessary plugins. Opt for lightweight and well-coded plugins that have a positive impact on performance.
We hope this helps.

Can you do these for me? I dont have capacity to learn these and do it by myself.
Hello @mch,
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to do this as it requires a complete setup and customization, which is not included in our theme support policy. If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the WPKraken team through their website: https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme.
