My Theme is not getting activated on another domain

As per the previous tickets, I was confirmed that there will be only one key for activation. And if I want to use the theme on staging and then migrate to production – I need to Deactivate staging Xcode and then activate it on the Production server using the same key.

But now, when I’m doing the same, it is not working.
It is throwing error:
ou have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.

Thanks for enabling it back. But can you please tell me why did it happen in the first place?
This answer will help me decide future purchases of themes belonging to your company.

Hello,

There is limit on activations. The theme can be activated 2 times (a test and production sites = 1 end project only). When you delete site or content and re-install the theme, you need to deactivate the theme first – https://prnt.sc/vnpjp7 , then you will be able to activate it without a problem.
