Hello,

I am getting errors that my support has expired and need updating also I’m getting option to purchase new licence but I have only just purchased the theme? I have a licence code but I cannot see the option to enter it only option to purchase a new code? what do I do?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

What exact problem do you face with posting via the Private Content area? Could you record a video?

Thanks for access, but we can’t open your Dashboard, please set the administrator role for the user.

I really need my website up and running or refund my money. I’m getting sick of having to wait for 24 hrs for each reply. Is this what you class as support?

BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information! Use the Private content area http://prntscr.com/10guf2p to provide private info.

You can upload video and screenshots here – https://dropmefiles.com/ , then provide URL.

We can’t access your Dashboard. Please check, the /wp-admin redirects to the home.

I have been unable to download the video plus I’m getting asked to enter an email of whom i’m sending the file to, you have not provided any email for me o send it to.

Can you just refund my money please, I’m tired of this back and forth. I need my website working like 4 days ago. I think this is not the right theme for my business. Sorry. I have never had to email support just to upload a theme in the 10 yrd I have been using WordPress. This is too much I need a user freindly, easy to use worpress theme.

I have wasted all these time for nothing.

I suppose there is a misunderstanding. email is not needed, just provide correct temporary wp-admin access.
To be able to give a refund or help you, we need to take a closer look and understand the problem. You write about this error – http://prntscr.com/110i01m , but did not provide any screenshots or access, we need them to be able to give you a solid response.
