Hello,
I am getting errors that my support has expired and need updating also I’m getting option to purchase new licence but I have only just purchased the theme? I have a licence code but I cannot see the option to enter it only option to purchase a new code? what do I do?

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

I have been unable to download the video plus I’m getting asked to enter an email of whom i’m sending the file to, you have not provided any email for me o send it to.
Can you just refund my money please, I’m tired of this back and forth. I need my website working like 4 days ago. I think this is not the right theme for my business. Sorry. I have never had to email support just to upload a theme in the 10 yrd I have been using WordPress. This is too much I need a user freindly, easy to use worpress theme.
