MY THEME IS NOT WORKING WITH ELEMENTOR ANYTHING I EDIT and update,it says server error 403

    PLEASE MY THEME IS NOT WORKING WITH ELEMENTOR
    ANYTHING I EDIT and update,it says server error 403
    i have done almost everything yet nothing is working.i have cleared all my cookies cashes,browser,even delete WP and instored appresh still yet nothing,i have 2 active license and non is working.whats really happening???
    please hepl asoon as possible.i have to deliver the work in 24 hours now

    sir there’s no security plugin on my WP account.the other license worked properly so why is this one not working ?? please try to look into the matter critically.

    I HAVE TWO LICENSE WHICH THE SECOND ONE I BOUGHT IT YESTEDAY WHICH IS NOT WORKING

    1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    2/ Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
    3/ Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at the situation on your site.
    wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
