My update 2.5 has been a disaster - by Jose Noa

I recently updated my website to v . I provided 2.5 version 1.4 and has always gone well, but I lost to update the following:
1 I can not navigate in onepage .
2. In the fronted , I lost ” row setting” the ANCHOR http://prntscr.com/8oefsp
3. I can not access the wish list , it is not .
4. At the end of the footer has grown you this http://prntscr.com/8oejd1
I was always afraid to upgrade because I thought that something could go wrong , I request help me return to normal.

Hello,

Please check documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/4_one_page that one page settings have been changed, now you need write anchor in Row ID field.

Please update all required plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Hello, it has been the worst solution because the problems continue and also now does not work Visual Composer .

Hello,

I’ve increased memory_limit value in wp-config.php file and now VC editor is working. Please clear browser cache and check. Also Wishlist page is working.

Thanks Eva , have you taken a big step .
1 OK . VC editor is working .
2 OK . Also Wishlist page is working.
3. Not OK . Admin Menu Structure http://prntscr.com/8oov77 lack ANCHOR .
4. not ok . On page HOME
http://prntscr.com/8oowi4 .
Slider page not reach the top , nor the way down to stop. http://prntscr.com/8ooxou
5. http://prntscr.com/8oejd1 This is still displayed at the end of the OnePage.
If you believe it appropriate and necessary , I leave private access to the administrator.

Hello,

Some plugin is causing the issue that anchor isn’t shown in Appearance > Menus. Disable plugins one by one to find it out.

Also I’ve disabled “Full page sections” option in home page. Please check site now.

Hello Eve and found the problems facing pluguin ANCHOR , was ICON MENU , is now disabled. If you know one to use , please do what you indicate .
Otherwise all very well to exception of WHISLIST PAGE than before and not now if it worked . ?????
Anything left us back in the WHISLIST ?

Again I have to say that that ” WOOPRESS is a good THEME of Note 10 , but his Support cast is of note 11 ” .
