MY website is not loading properly taking too much time in loading

Hello, Team
My website loading time is very high specially for Phone, and when scrolled up and then scrolled down then previously loaded images are again loading this happening every time when in change scrolling from up to down. please help and fix this issue also please configure my website quick loading and responsive.
