Hi Team,
I tried using the AMP version and activated the AMP store. However, the mobile website changed because of that plugin. After realizing that the normal mobile website is better for me, I deactivated the plugin. Unfortunately, the same website is still appearing on phones even after deleting the cache and trying everything possible. This is a live website, and I have around 200 to 300 daily visitors. I used a site maintenance plugin to show the website as under maintenance, but the AMP version of the website is still showing up. Please help me with this issue. The mobile version of the website is appearing even when I’m using the desktop version.
Thanks
Hello, @Living Space,
Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.
1/ We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option in (XStore > Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other and will not improve the speed together.
We trust this will resolve your issue.
2/ We kindly request that you navigate to the Dashboard, proceed to the “Plugins” section, and deactivate the “XStore AMP” plugin and check again.

We hope this helps.
If the issue persists, Please provide screenshot of the problem and your site wp-admin access in the private content area, so that we can check your settings and help you.
Best Regards,

That plugin I deactivated, and the mobile optimization option is also disabled, but still, whatever changes I make, there are caching issues. The website is very slow after putting it live, and I don’t know why.
Hello, @Living Space,
Thank you for your response.
1/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
Do you use a cache plugin? Please test how it works when this plugin is disabled.
