    Hello, @chilly,

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your website after updating the XStore plugin.

We understand how important it is for your website to function correctly and look its best. To assist you effectively, could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your website in private content area? This will allow us to investigate the issue more thoroughly and work towards a prompt resolution.

Additionally, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins might be conflicting with the XStore core plugin. Sometimes, plugin conflicts can cause unexpected behavior on your site.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Please rest assured that we are here to help and will do our utmost to resolve the issues you are facing as quickly as possible. If you have any further information or details you believe might help us in diagnosing the problem, please feel free to share.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
