Hello
, I am facing a problem with the site speed being very slow. Note that I followed the instructions on your site, the speed is still slow. I need help solving it, please. I have wp rocket.
Hello, @zakariyos,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
1/ We are writing to address the issue you have been experiencing with your website’s slow loading speed. After conducting a speed test on your website via GTmetrix, we have found that the performance is suboptimal. You may review the results at the following link:
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/hbcollection.ma/Eed1D3tM/
We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by GTMetrix in the Top Issues list, accessible here:https://imgur.com/a/ndMDxLf
About your results on gtmetrix results:
-Avoid enormous network payloads https://gtmetrix.com/avoid-enormous-network-payloads.html
-Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy https://gtmetrix.com/serve-static-assets-with-an-efficient-cache-policy.html
-Use passive listeners to improve scrolling performance https://gtmetrix.com/use-passive-listeners-to-improve-scrolling-performance.html
-Avoid an excessive DOM size – read these posts about DOM https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size
https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/ Edit your page and elements and enable Ajaxify for the Product elements https://imgur.com/a/iYI4Wbu .Lazy load:Lazy loading is a technique used to optimize web page performance by delaying the loading of certain elements until they are actually needed. It’s commonly used for images and other media to improve page load times. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header; – Avoid long main-thread tasks – https://gtmetrix.com/avoid-long-main-thread-tasks.html ; – Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN), it can give an equally fast web experience to your users across the globe. We use CDN on our demos;
2/ You’re utilizing the WP-Rocket plugin alongside our XStore theme. To ensure optimal performance and to prevent any potential conflicts, we kindly ask that you refrain from enabling identical settings within both WP-Rocket and our Speed Optimization feature.
For your convenience, we have prepared a comprehensive guide that outlines the recommended WP-Rocket settings to be used with XStore. You can access this documentation at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/
WP Rocket plugin support should be able to help you find the best settings to speed up the site (all options of the plugin should not be activated at the same time, it is required to find a correct combination of settings that will not conflict with your site content and additional plugins and give best speed test results).
For example settings from one of our demos – https://gyazo.com/e95ac59fe4d0b6b5e8bcf67a1cb6881d

Also, please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ , and disable unrequired plugins because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.
We trust that this adjustment will effectively resolve the issue at hand.
If you have any further questions or require assistance, don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re here to help!
Yours Sincerely,
8Themes Team
