My website is still in English, the translation is not working

Hi,
I have purchased the Xstore theme and I wanted to translate it to Spanish. I have read the documentation about it and I have installed the .pot archive in my site using the Loco Translate plugin but the site continues in the original language, this is in English. I have also verified and the .po and .mo files are in the hosting correct direction (/wp-content/languages/themes). I am sending some screenshots of the wordpress panels. If you need more screenshots please let me know.

Hello, @John,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ The translation should be done for the parent theme, and it will be automatically inherited by the child theme.

The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in the child theme that includes localization functions.

2/ Please rename xstore-es.po to xstore-es_ES.po, and xstore-core-es.po to xstore-core-es_ES.po

3/ Please navigate to WordPress dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language > Select language same as it is you are using in loco to translate website and save settings.
