My website stops for a few seconds when making a purchase

When I make a purchase with a credit card and get the invoice, the website stops working for about 10 seconds and then returns to normal. It only happens when making credit card payments (I am using Stripe)

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider and ask for server error logs. Probably you have some fatal error there and you’ll be able to find out what error causes the problem to fix it.
