I have updated theme to the latest version that comes with speed improvements and activated the cache plugin. Check results:

Contact your hosting provider and ask to reduce the server response time and improve other moments related to server-side.

Hi the speed is very slow ,I removed many previous components from Home page to make it speedy but unfortunate not working also.this is the third time to complain about it..

I had before another Website on same host server and didn’t complained about the slow issue.
There is issue with the theme from Day even when it was vanilla version.so please escalate the issue to higher level

Hello,

We have enabled all the possible options from the theme side to speed it up. We don’t have more options, so the only way is to look at the server-side settings that could be changed to get better speed.
If you are not satisfied with the theme speed we could only give you a refund.
