Hello, My website is very slow after using xstore theme. mostly i cant do any updates on the site since an getting timeout errors, page not found error and much more. please help

Hello, Amos,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and ask them to take a look at the timeout error? Also, ask about the server error log.
Let us know their answer, and provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access.
Do you use the Jetpack plugin? Try to disable it, and check how the site works then.

Thanks. i will check. i have noted also that amp xstore isn’t responsive on the mobile. some shop items are hidden. is there something Iam missing?

Please read this article about the AMP plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/general-info-amp/
“Because AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage, such as certain widgets, embedded content, or pages created using page builders (Elementor/WPBakery). This means that a webpage viewed with AMP looks like a mobile application to facilitate the user experience and doesn’t look exactly the same as how the original page would appear on a desktop or laptop.”

AMP plugin is not obligatory and can be disabled.
