My woocommerce stopped sending me mail when i get a new order

Hello,

Normally my woocommerce send me a mail when get a new order. But now it stopped doing that, eventhoug in setting – it says to do so – wha can i do?

Hello,

Could you, please, test if your issue appears when the default Storefront theme is enabled (go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check)? Let us know the result.
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

hello,

When i activate storefront – my website looks completely different and i dont know how to fix it?

Hello,

When you activate another theme of course the website will look different, but you need to test the emails and let us know the result. Once you enable Legenda back, styles will be as before, just widgets maybe need to be set into their places in Appearance > Widgets.
If you have the problem with emails independently of the theme activated, you need to contact WooCommerce support.
