so im having an issue when i go on the theme. The items are not loading fully. Im not seeing a scroll icon to scroll. For example once i click on the pre build theme. It doesnt show all themes

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you.

Still the same after deactivating the 3rd partying plugins. Same issue also occurs when editing the single page product option. Maybe its due to the issue at hand

I must be doing something wrong as i still cant scroll.
And im using a different computer so not sure.

I tired different browser same thing smh
SIgh im having some issues. I dont know. What is amp version? the logo is not loading on regular but on amp it shows.
Its not being responsive. I toggled on mobile panel but once i change the it to mobile it doesnt show.

Re the amp i mean why is it that at the bottom of the screen the user will have the option to toggle between amp and original?
sorry i dont know if its because i have used different themes my patience is abit thin. or maybe im just not understanding really. I dont understand why if i make changes its doesnt show. Meaning i have changed the header bar to black, however when going back on the editor it its shows green9 which is the original colour?
same for the mobile panel section its not showing on the main but in the build its shows.
i dont know if its because of the initial issue where things werent loading good.

A question, i was told that i should deactivate the 3rd party plugins i had. Because the theme was fully functional. Seeing that all is sorted (expect me needing to cache) can i reactivate them now?

Yes, you can activate plugins.
Please be advised that each additional plugin may slightly reduce the site’s performance. Therefore, we recommend activating only those plugins that are essential for your needs.

hey another thing so i spoke to the host and we went through the logo issues. so the logo is now showing. however its not reflecting on the desktop version. so so clarification i can edit the mobile logo to make it bigger however it doesnt show on the desktop thats its bigger.
so they say i should get back to you guys to see if something is wrong with the theme option for the desktop. i have attached for you to see thats it works on the desktop editor (meaning its shows that its big on the editor but not on live)
