    Hello, mch,

    Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

    In order to resolve your issue, please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.

    a.vc_gitem-link.prettyphoto.vc-zone-link.vc-prettyphoto-link {
        display: none !important;
    }

    We hope this will solve your issue.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, mch,

    Your question about the name on the image hover is independent of our theme. You can activate a default WP theme, and you will get the same result.
    Please check this topic also – https://www.8theme.com/topic/turn-off-tooltips-text-on-single-product-page-images/
    We are able to help with questions that are directly related to our theme functionality, for other questions you need to hire a personal developer or read online guidance.

    https://www.8theme.com/topic/continued-product-page-adjustments-and-details/#post-360128 – we provide support for XStore theme only, so can answer common questions about theme settings. We should not provide personal site configuration. There is no reason to be unhappy with this answer, because the support policy is public you were able to read it before purchase and even now.

    Tony Rodriguez, did his best to answer your questions, but it is his initiative, as additional customization and personal configuration for customers are not covered under our support policy.
    We hope for your understanding.
    We will do our best to answer your new questions, and we will inform you in case some of them are not covered under the support policy. It is not our practice only, but all themes on the market. We can’t spend all our time on personal customization for one person, because it will be unfair to other our customers.
    We hope it is clear now.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    This is provides a very uncomfortable experience for as a customer.
    Your Theme can not work on its on, it will need for sure some extra plug ins to be able to be functional. This challenge comes with your Theme.

    It is very confusing for buyer to define which problem Theme support can fix which one can not.

    I’m unhappy, I asked 10-9 questions about single product page set up and you are not answering any of them and instead responding back to hire developer. I’m not sure those issues I listed all needs developer.

    Lets say maybe 1-2 of them needs developer, just because of 1-2 that need tiny bit of adjustments or Css code I need to contact 3rd party? and what about the rest that are theme related and don’t need developer?

    This provide uncomfortable experience for buyer from support team and Im almost close to be able to complete my website, I can not suddenly leave in middle leave and go somewhere else. Those using Shopify having way better experience from support.
