Names product images are written in Russian

Hello. Names product images are written in Russian. On the product page picture of the same name does not appear. But it works in the catalog. Tell me how to fix please.

Hello,

Try to disable third-party plugins, very likely one of them caused issue.
Also please provide us wp-admin access in Private Content.

Here are accesses to the administrator.
Plugins hardly have to do with it.

All your images must be named with latin characters.
I’ve uploaded the image with latin characters in title and it’s shown. Please check the link you provided in the first post and clear browser cache before.

Strangely enough, in other theme’s no such problem.
You can not implement support for Cyrillic?

Solved the problem by means of the plugin “rus to lat advanced”.
The truth had little to correct it.

The principle of the plugin – in Latin translates Cyrillic.
