    Also, It looks like I may have to make a new template PHP page and add to the site. How can I do that? Is there a plugin? Or is there any guidance tool to do so?

    Hello,

    Does this error persist with default theme too? Please check it. If it doesn’t, then provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content.
