Hello, after installing the xstore theme when I go Appearance > Menus I am getting an error:
    “This site can’t be reached
    The connection was reset.”

If I deactivate the theme and active the default theme of wordpress “Storefront” the nav-menus.php works fine.

I am working on localhost using WAMP.

    Hello,

Tell me, please, what version of XStore Core plugin do you use? Please make sure that all required plugins are latest versions https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    Regards

Hello I am using XStore Core v 1.0.20. All my plug-ins are up-to-date.

I tried to deactivate all the plug-ins and keep just the theme and the problem still persists. If I disable the theme and keep the plug-ins the “Appearance > Menus” page is accessible.

    Hello,

Enable WP debug and check if you get any errors. Or move your site to live server and provide us admin panel and FTP access to check the problem in more details.

    Regards

    Hello,
I have the same problem on wamp with Latest version 5.1 / Core plugin 1.1.4.
I moved the theme to an older live site and it is working. How can we prepare the theme on wamp and load it when finished on the live site?
Since the site for that i bought the theme is a live e-shop i cannot make the changes to the theme on the live site. I activated also wp-debug but i cannot find anything.
    What can we do?

    Hello,

Do you use child theme on your localhost? What files did you change in child theme?
What header type do you use on your localhost? Try to re-save header type.

    Regards
