Hello,
Having an issue with my navigation and menus. Some pages are fine but there are a few pages where the menus are not saving. Top navigation not saving on the main store, single product pages, and cart. Was able to get most of them worked out but no luck on these pages.
Can you please take a look? I’ve tried everything I know to try and get this corrected. As mentioned above, some I was able to get corrected but no luck with others.
Thank you.
Hello,
Go to Appearance > Menus > select Main menu http://prntscr.com/lhpw0z
Also, you need to increase PHP Max Input Vars. By default it is 1000, try to set 5000 or 8000 for example http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit
If this doesn’t help, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem.
Regards
Appearance>Menu- I’ve tried this method but it won’t save my choice.
Increase Max PHP- increased to 3000 but nothing changed.
Disable 3rd Party Plugins- tried this but menu still not saving.
I did switch to a different theme to test and the menu shows. I understand all themes are different.
Not sure what else to try. I can try to increase PHP from 3000 to 5000 later.
Pretty sure I had a similar issue before.
Please provide us with temporary FTP access so we can to enable debug mode and take a closer look.

I’m not sure exactly what you need but I’ve listed some information below. Please let me know if this isn’t what you need or if you need anything else. Thanks for taking a look.

Ok, thanks for the update!
Good morning,
Just wanted to follow up. Haven’t heard anything in a few days. Wanted to make sure I wasn’t forgotten.
Akel.
Hello,
No, we were not forgotten. Our developers can’t find the reason of the problem. We need some more time. Sorry for this delay.

Ok, appreciate the response. Thanks!
Hello,
Problem is very strange and seems is related to some server cache. Once we rename theme folder from woopress to woopress-new and activate theme after that menu works fine. But it does not work if theme folder is woopress. So, contact your server provider and ask them if they have any kind of cache that may affect this.
Regards
Thank you! I will contact my server provider to see if there is something that can be done to prevent this in the future. I really appreciate your help!
