Navigation menu,Home-page static both are not working

Hi,
Team 8theme,
First of all why my account not able to see chat option at 8theme dashboard after login and my support period is also not expired. Fix this I have lot of complains regarding theme

I am lot of issues with these theme
1. Navigation Mega-menu not even showing complete
2. Homepage Options I have chosen Static page & selected my Home page that I have customized So nothing is displaying on the homepage
3. Speed is very slow using theme & I have contacted to hosting provider to check response, clear server cache etc., But They told it’s problem from WordPress theme
4. My previous topic not resolved yet #207079 (In the shop page product display ratings if the product has rating
)
5. Tagline is also not displaying

Please enable chat option on my dashboard to connect any executive of 8theme
I am not getting even better support after the purchase of theme.

Hello,

1) Have you watched the video tutorial how to create mega menu?

You have only 2 levels. 3 levels are recommended if you want to create a nice mega menu.

2) Because you had the fatal error because of the PHP memory limit. You set -1 to show all the products on the home page, I have explained this in your previous topic.

3) Your site has a not bad speed results https://tools.pingdom.com/#5a3d994056000000
Could you tell me what is the site speed with any other WP theme?

4) You did not add the code that’s why you did not get any result.

5) Explain in more details, please. Provide screenshot for better understanding.

Changing the password restrictions like 1 Cap letter, 1 numeric etc., User can set the password as Simple more then 4 digits anything We don’t want that

There are having Some issues in add to cart
If i add to cart any product it will not show in mini cart but when i go and check in cart page it shows there if I want to see in mini cart i have to add another product so it shows 2 then same issues is having with wish-list also please try to resolve this ASAP

Hello,

It would be better to create different topics for different questions to prevent misunderstanding.

Changing the password restrictions like 1 Cap letter, 1 numeric etc., User can set the password as Simple more then 4 digits anything We don’t want that

– it relates to the functionality of woocommerce, you can contact support of WC.

I want to add new fields in the registration form like password & confirm Password

– go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation.
