Hi There
I am setting up a website using your excellent theme SPORT I setup a ASK AN EXPERT in the bottom right button to open a popup which works great. I copied this popup and created a REQUEST A QUOTE on the product page but the popup opens wrong. Can’t see why on product page appears wrong and but the other one loads correctly.
Wonder if you can point me to the right place to fix it.

We have conducted an investigation into your website and have determined that the REQUEST A QUOTE popup on the Single Product Page is functioning correctly in customizer mode. We have prepared a video for you to review for further reference, which can be found in the private content area.
We recommend that you temporarily disable any caching (CDN) and cache plugins, clear the browser and server cache, and then check again. If the changes are visible in the Customizer but not on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.

Thanks for the replay I switched all caching off but still doesn’t show correctly. I switched off all plugins as well and still the same. Very strange what’s causing it. I think I will have to disable this function at the moment unless you can think of any other cause.
Quick question on the CART page there is GREEN that appears wonder where this is to change colour

1. We are pleased to inform you that we have resolved your issue. It was due to the Elementor plugin option “CSS Print Method”, which we have set to “Internal Embedding” and it solved the issue. Please refer to the screenshots listed below:

2. We understand that you are inquiring about the green alert referenced in the image (https://imgur.com/IbKVVKc). To resolve this issue, please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Styling/Colors > Alerts and change the background color from there.
The issue was caused by a third party plugin named “Add Expires Headers & Optimized Minify” which was overriding the theme options. We have deactivated the plugin and the issue has been resolved. Please refer to the screenshots listed below for further information:

Thanks for solving issue I thought it was strange one popup working and another not.
The header plugin I just installed to get Pininterest to identify the site will remove this plugin.
