    hello, my website was compromised and when i tried to re activate my website on a fresh install of wordpress, it wont let me. please help, my business is losing alot of money due to this

    here it is. i ended up buying another license, and id like to get a refund because i couldnt get in contact with anyone for 3-4 days

    Hello,

    We have checked your user and see that you use XStore for 2 projects:
    1) cmcsolutions
    2) cbdtechnologies
    And the different license for every project. If you don’t want to use XStore theme only for one of them you need to deactivate theme license in Theme Options and remove the theme.
    If you plan to use XStore for both projects then we can’t give you refund for one of them.

    So, clarify the situation with your installation to proceed.

    Hello, i am removing the theme from CMC Solutions, so id like the refund for that.

    And would you be so kind to provide temporary Dashboard access to that site? Because our system did not remove that activation and we don’t understand why, so we need to make sure that everything is fine from the backend.
