Need help cant edit static block “shop banner”

    I am trying to edit the static block on the product category page. The static block is the shop banner. Which appears on all product category pages that show products within the category.

    I have edited the static block page and cleared cache but the page still shows the old static block.

    What am I missing here? Is there any other places this block is referenced?

    Update: I just moved the shop banner in static blocks area to trash and the old banner still appears at the top. I cant seem to get rid of it. Very frustrating! I cant launch my site because of this. This is the only thing holding me up from making my site live.

    The template I am using is: car parts and I am using Elementor

    Can Someone PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to either make the changes I made on the shop banner stick or make it go away so its no longer on the page.

    Also I have changed the setting in Customize: Shop: banner position to disabled. Still same result banner still stuck there… cant do anything to change it.
