    Hi Team,

Currently, my My Account page (https://barefootnature.store/my-account/) is linked to a shortcode, which means I can’t directly edit its content using Elementor or other tools. I’d like to know if there’s a way to customize this page beyond the shortcode setup. Additionally, I can’t find subpages like “Lost Password” or “Account Registration” in “Pages” section for editing. Are these subpages dynamically generated by WooCommerce, or does the XStore theme provide specific templates for them?

Also, I’d like to edit the font and style of the sidebar menu (photo attached). Could you please guide me on how to make these changes?

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you!

    Best
    Carina

    Dear @carinachan2000,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can create the “My Account” page using XStore widgets, as described in the following tutorial:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-my-account-page-builder-with-elementor/.

Please note that we do not provide a dedicated widget for login, registration, or password recovery. These sections are automatically displayed by WooCommerce when a user is not logged in or customly redirected to.

Additionally, since you are using the “XStore Header Builder” with Elementor, you can modify the typography of mobile menu elements in the following settings:

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Dear team,

    Thank you for your response.

I’ve accessed the My Account Page Builder through XStore Builders, but I’m finding the customization options a bit limited for my requirements. Could you let me know if there’s a default pre-built template for the My Account page that I can use as a starting point? I’m looking to customize the layout and tabs, such as renaming or adding additional sections, while aligning the design with my store’s branding. I understand that WooCommerce automatically handles the login, registration, and password recovery sections and that there isn’t a dedicated widget for these. However, I’d like to know how I can at least create and effectively link these subpages together.

For example, how can I ensure that users are redirected to the correct pages (e.g., login, registration, or password recovery) when interacting with the My Account page?

Additionally, is there a recommended approach to customize or style these sections to align with my store’s branding while ensuring consistency with the rest of the page? I’m not very experienced with web design, so any ready-to-use templates that you can provide to help me get started would be greatly appreciated.

    Looking forward to your help!

    Best regards,
    Carina Chan

    Dear @carinachan2000,

    Thank you for reaching out.

At the moment, there are no pre-designed templates available for the My Account page. If you are looking to implement specific customizations across different sections of this page, we recommend using various widgets to modify the content according to your needs.

Should you require further assistance with customizations, please feel free to submit a request through our support portal at: https://www.8theme.com/account.

    Best regards,
