Need help – Google Map and Static Blocks not available

Hi,

I have a couple of issues that I’m dealing with, and I hope you can help me.

1. Google map
This is not showing up (Firefox). Oddly enough, it show up when I edit it in the frontend, but not when viewing the webpage.

2. Footer/Static Blocks
There is no Visual Composer available when editing/creating a static block, and according to the documentation – that is what is needed to create the footer designs. Help?

3. Top-header/Language Bar
Where do I edit this? I will not be needing the language options but rather want to put a phone number in there.

I really hope you can help. I’m adding my login info in the Private Content window in case you need to login.

Hello,

1. There are errors for Google map:

Please try to recreate it.

2. Go to Settings > Visual Composer and select Content types in General Settings tab.

3. You can edit top bar in Appearance > Widgets, add Text widget into “Place in header top bar” area.

The only thing that does not work is the Google Map on the Contact Us page. Could you take a look (login sent in private box yesterday).
