Need help: How to recoup my Theme lost cpanel access

Hi There,
I have installed this theme for one of my client, but due to some issue with the hosting folks they have barred the access of cpanel and can;t recoup the theme or take backup to install it somewhere else. Please help me with this situation and reset the activation for my theme, so that I can use it in other hosting services.

I need it to be reset the theme for rochre.com

My Brandssurplus.com customer has moved to shopify, so essentially the theme is not being used by anyone and stuck in the cpanel which I can’t use, please let me know how I can use it for another client. Eventually it will be one installation only.

Hello,

Try to activate theme now. We reset the limit.

i THINK IT IS BEST OF YOU REFUND ME – There is no direct email form to ask a question – only a support forum that I do not have time for — I either need someone to instal this for me and customize the them WHO IS FAMILAR with it – or REZFUND my money and the extra support I purchased – this theme is very functional and is not a click and play theme – CAN YOU help me to get someone to instal and customize this – or what? edwardisin@gmail.com –
