Need help, my page is broken, slow to load when I upload language

Please check my page is loading slower than usual. So far, when I check the speed through PageSpeed Insights, it’s always over 90 points. Today I test only 20-35 points

I tested your site and it’s not the green but not 20-35 points https://gyazo.com/5196d612772d1df16d88c778979090fa

We enabled all the possible optimization settings from the theme side. Using of the other language could not be the reason of the issue. Maybe you installed any additional plugins or changed any server settings.
