    Hello,

    1. The Mega menu doesn’t work for me. When I point on a category inside Mega menu it(the mega menu) just disappears. (You can check it out under category BAGS).

    2. I would like option product category/subcategory checkbox in filter as I saw on other demos. It is not available in my demo (minimalistic fashion 2).

    3. I’m trying to create static block and assign it before footer, but whatever css I’m trying it keeps show full width and nothing can I do. I need it to look inside container as the rest of my site.

    4. I’m using text editor for product category description. It is displayed before footer. I need it before content (just below header).

    5. I would like to remove lazy load from this element on home page. It looks really bad.

    Thank you!

    Hello, @beautyzone,

We would like to express our gratitude for your recent purchase of our theme and for contacting our support center for assistance.

    1) Upon reviewing your website, we are pleased to confirm that the Mega Menu is operating as intended. We kindly ask that you clear your browser’s cache before re-evaluating the Mega Menu to ensure you are viewing the most current functionality.

For further guidance, a video tutorial is available at the following URL: https://streamable.com/i1r15h

    2) Should you desire to include a checkbox for product categories/subcategories within the filter, please avoid using the XStore “Filter product by Category” widget. We recommend employing the default “Product categories widget” to achieve the desired feature.

A visual guide is accessible via this link: https://imgur.com/a/dGPJbQT

    3) We appreciate you bringing to our attention the issue concerning the display of the Static Block in full width. Please consider the following steps to resolve this:

    a) For full-width display on an Elementor page, navigate to Page settings > Page layout and select ‘Elementor Full-width’. A helpful image can be found here: https://ibb.co/n8ZQLZL

    b) Modify the settings of the containers that house the Static Block as illustrated here: https://ibb.co/Zg1V6zm. This adjustment will enable you to control the container’s width.

    4) Regarding the placement of the text editor for the product category description, please proceed as follows:

    a) Access your WordPress dashboard.
    b) Click on ‘Products’.
    c) Go to ‘Categories’.
    d) Select ‘Edit Product Category’.
    e) Locate both the ‘Description’ and ‘Description after Content’ boxes.
    f) Ensure the ‘Description after Content’ box is empty.
    g) Input your content into the ‘Description’ box.

An illustrative guide is provided for your convenience: https://imgur.com/a/CFRfqmC

    5) To disable the lazy load effect, please adhere to the instructions below:

    a. Open the ‘Edit Page with Elementor’.
    b. Navigate to the ‘Settings of Element’ for each element.
    c. Click on ‘Advanced’.
    d. Select ‘XStore ajaxify’.
    e. Find the ‘Lazy loading’ option and set it to ‘Off’.
    f. Update the settings to apply the changes.

An image illustrating these steps is available here: https://imgur.com/a/1eIG7zU

We trust that the above information will be of assistance to you. Should you require any further support, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Good evening,

Thank you for prompt and detailed response.

    2) I’m using default Woocommerce widget, however checkbox option is not available.

    https://streamable.com/6gnjsr.

I’m looking for this type of filter ( https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/beauty-and-cosmetics/shop/)

    https://ibb.co/5Ygq8QT

    4. I see that I could place the content into correct description box. The content has been mistakenly placed in a wrong box and I have quite a few categories. So I said maybe you could give me a line of code to place into functions.php , so I do not have to edit all categories one by one. I actually want it above the content, just where the regular description is.

    5. I can’t see settings as on your screenshot. For some reason settings are unavailable to me.

    Thank you.

    Hello, @beautyzone,

    Thank you for your response.

2)Thank you for reaching out to us. To achieve this, please follow these steps:

a)Utilize the XStore “Filter product by Attribute” widget . Before these widgets, You must create the Attributes earlier.

b)Add the title, set the attribute, Display Type, and Query type.

For a more detailed visual guide, please refer to the image available at the following link:
    https://ibb.co/Fs5Mrj2

4)After reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that there is currently no built-in option in our XStore theme to automatically move content to the correct description box across multiple categories via a line of code in the functions.php file.
You may post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it garners sufficient votes from other customers, our development team will consider incorporating it into one of the upcoming updates

5)To disable the lazy load effect, please adhere to the instructions below:

    a. Open the ‘Edit Page with Elementor’.
    b. Navigate to the ‘Settings of Element’ for each element.
    c. Click on ‘Advanced’.
    d. Select ‘XStore Ajaxify’.
    e. Find the ‘Lazy loading’ option and set it to ‘Off’.
    f. Update the settings to apply the changes.

NOTE: Please select any element other than the Container Section.

For a more detailed visual guide, please refer to the video available at the following link: https://streamable.com/m6sfq8

    Hello,

Thank you. I was able to partially solve my previous issues.

I have a new issue which is paid plugin I purchased.

    https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-woocommerce-brands-plugin/9433984

Brands are not displayed on product archives and single product page.

The comment by plugins author is as follows:

This plugin will work fine with any well-coded WordPress WooCommerce themes that does not changed default woocommerce HTML structure (HTML tags) for product listing and product page layout. If you configured plugin, added brands, assigned it to products but does not see your brands on category and/or product page this mean theme that you use bad coded and you need to contact theme developer for help (he need to modify theme layout tags to look like default woocommerce theme tags to work with plugin).

Please have a look into this and let me know.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Can you please re-read my message. Im using third-party paid plugin as the brands provided by XStore theme is not sufficient for me, and the author insists that is not working because of poorly coded theme tags.

I’m requesting you to re-read my issue and reply on my issue and not on how to activate brands (this I know).

    Thanks

    Hello,

The response I got from plug-in developer.

Hello, our plugin just use existing WooCommerce hooks for position to display Brands. Your theme may override this hooks, change it or does not add it to theme templates. You need to contact your theme support for help.

    Hello, @beautyzone,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

According to your choice to use the Single Product Builder, there is a fully different structure of actions. Most of them are coming from XStore theme/XStore Core. So that default woocommerce actions will not work normally, because if they would then there could not be such customizable options to use for the builder.
    List of actions:

    etheme_woocommerce_template_single_title
    etheme_woocommerce_template_single_rating
    etheme_woocommerce_template_single_price
    etheme_woocommerce_template_single_excerpt
    etheme_woocommerce_template_single_add_to_cart
    etheme_woocommerce_template_single_meta
    etheme_woocommerce_template_woocommerce_breadcrumb
    woocommerce_share
    etheme_woocommerce_template_single_sharing
    etheme_woocommerce_show_product_images
    etheme_woocommerce_output_product_data_tabs
    etheme_woocommerce_output_upsell_products
    etheme_woocommerce_output_cross_sells_products
    etheme_woocommerce_output_related_products
    etheme_product_single_size_guide
    etheme_product_single_size_guide
    etheme_product_single_button
    etheme_product_single_widget_area_01
    etheme_product_single_custom_html_01
    etheme_product_single_custom_html_02
    etheme_product_single_custom_html_03
    etheme_product_single_additional_custom_block
    etheme_product_single_product_description
    etheme_product_single_wishlist
    etheme_product_single_compare

Contact support of the plugin and ask if there is anything they can sagest.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

However, if you wish our developers team can personally assist you via our customization service.
To get started, please follow this link to send us your requirements – https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel https://prnt.sc/PZkD4AEf27qO , and we will prepare a detailed estimate for the customization work.
