Need help with certain settings in the store

1. i want to add pay later option along with other gate ways. basically the customer can place the order but choose to pay later. the order status should remain “on hold”. please refer to images 1 and 2

2. Also can you guide me how to put regular and express as shipping methods as shown in image 3

3. i want shipping address as well as separate billing address on the page and a option to choose that billing address and shipping address are same. kindly help with that as well.

1. This payment method is from WooCommerce side, so we suggest you to take a look at this article: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/payment-methods/buy-now-pay-later/

2. You can find an 3rd party plugin to calculate the shipping cost, it depends on your country. Please check this article: https://woocommerce.com/posts/how-to-calculate-shipping-costs-for-your-woocommerce-store/

3. To make the Shipping Fields appear, you have to setup the Shipping setting of WooCommerce first: https://medicalidwatch.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping

For the first question, is it necessary to use woopayments method the way you have shown in the shared link? is there any other way?

For the first question regarding Pay Later, it is asking me to setup pay later option in cart through another gateway like afterpay.

Whereas i just need a simple thing like a test order with status “on hold”. A simple option which the customer can select pay later and proceed. on backend the order should be placed with status as “on hold”
Basically allow the user to checkout without making a payment using a payment gateway. The option could be like any text – pay later or someone is will pay etc.
