Need help with support/licenses etc. - by PR

    Hello there 8theme team,

    Your themes are the best on the market and we have purchased many licenses and will do so in the future for our other websites.

    I had some questions in regards to the support/purchase code.

    We would rather get the full theme versus just the support etc. So once we get a theme we also get the support for 6 months.

    For example, we have 100 days left on the support now. If I buy a new theme and them add the support to this already (the account we have and which has many solutions for us so we want to keep everything on one account) will the days be added?

    So 100 days + 180 new days, so for a total of 280 days of support eligibility?
